I went to Metro Mattress because I wanted to buy locally. This ended up being a big mistake. I bought an expensive Tempur-pedic mattress, and when it gave me an allergic reaction leading to a red rash, I found out that I was unable to return it. If I had bought the mattress from the Tempur-pedic website, I could have returned it for a full refund within 90 days. At Metro Mattress, I could only exchange the mattress for a different model of equal or lesser value. Since this mattress is far more expensive than others in the store, I lost more than 2K on the exchange--and ended up with a mattress I didn't want. This was a terrible experience, I would never consider buying from them again.
